Excellent software support. My issue was with Microsoft Outlook. It was not an easy fix and the technician stuck with me for almost an hour. I can send mail now and my contacts, calendar and mail are all working perfectly. Thank you 4Team!!!!

I was very happy to get a great support in Switzerland. As happy as to contact my daughter who has a similar problem which she will soon solve with 4Team - she said ;). Can't rate your product as it did not run due to my problem. Support was very good. After going through a company IT person and Apple Support, no one could solve this problem. Your support tech identified the issue in about 60 seconds. Very good. I've wasted days and hours on research and trying things with no success. Appreciated and will use your products and support in the future after such an excellent experience today. Thanks.

I used their premium support to install their Sync2iCloud product on my computer. They also removed the Apple iCloud for Windows- something that has caused no end of problems for me using Outlook. If you use Outlook and want to sync your contacts, calendar, and tasks to your Apple devices, this is THE product! I'm so happy I used their Premium Support to install everything seamlessly.

I think you are miracle workers and the best support around. I have been wrestling with a problem between Microsoft and Google. Microsoft cost me many phone calls, chat time, and aggravation and couldn't even understand the problem. Your team just went for it. Though resolving the problem wasn't easy, Daniel just kept at it.

My tech was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and especially patient. I have 6800 contacts so getting Duplicate Remover and Sync2 up and running took a lot of time. At least an hour of that was past 5:00 PM which I believe is the close of support. I had a 5 star experience! Please confirm your receipt of this feedback and pass it along to my tech.
